Just right now I was at this store. Ordered two loaded hash browns and a 6 dollar meal with everything bagel. What I don't understand is why this lady who took my order at approximately 2:45 pm is always so rude and yelling at me and barely understands my order that I have to repeat it twice and make sure she gets it right. It's not the first time she treats me poorly, beyond the limits of customer service. Kinda like I'm not paying. Besides, the hash browns were cold, the bagel also cold, almost broke my teeth. That couldn't possibly be from eve yesterday. I was scared it had fallen on the floor and I didn't eat it. Someone who does not customer service formally but behaves like the customer is someone to step into is capable of not delivering reliable service in relation to food service and that's pretty scary. I cant possibly make a scene or yell at these employees to face them do the right thing. So far is not my issue to solve. But, I'm writing this review because is not the first time theyre informal. I'm not their friend and they did not find me on the street to talk to me like I owe...

They refused to give me my order because THEY "couldn't find" my drink tickets. I had proof of purchase on my phone from the mobile app, with date, time and order. But nope, I had to argue and fight to get my drinks. And then SUDDENLY they find the tickets and can make my drink. The whole team was very rude and disrespectful the whole time. If I showed my proof of payment, I deserve what I paid for. The fact I had to argue for it makes me feel like this store is running a scam.
I have only observed this once (as I usually go through the drive thru), but staff behind the counter handling donuts without gloves. If you go inside to order, make sure their wearing gloves and don't be afraid to remind them to wear them if...

I'll show yall, but no specifics because I don't want judgment for my order of 4 š¤£. Jokes aside, the cashier was so pleasant and the workers seemed to mesh well together. My coffee order was mixed up for one order; I informed her and immediately she replaced it before we departed. I was prepared to pay for the additional so I could keep the iced coffee in lieu of the hot coffee, but she let me go with both. Had to return though, because part of the order was missing. Turns out they didn't have the items, but I was still charged on the app. The attendant was super courteous in offering us substitutions, as I wasn't interested in a refund....
