Today April/12/2022. 10:20 Terrible experience they are very racist with Hispanics. When they realized that I was speaking Spanish on the cell phone, they changed their attitude towards me and ignored me. They gave me disgusting coffee. I ordered it with cream and two Splenda sugars and he left me almost 5 minutes waiting. The coffee was given to me reluctantly and they gave me half of it. The only woman there was she who was preparing the sandwiches and was talking on the cell phone with hands free. She is fighting on the cell phone and yelling. People looked at her and she didn't care. When I politely asked her for my sandwich, she gave me a very bad look and didn't answer me. Another employee of this horrendous evil DN. Now I ask is how to treat customers. We are the ones who make you grow as a company. Now the racism of your employees towards Hispanic people is explained? That's terrible. For my part, I will not buy or leave my money in these DNs again. They should teach their employees to respect people and value their work. Otherwise they work happily. Look for another job as there are many people with a good vibe who will do better than these employees of yours. Terrible experience I do not recommend this place...

Usually I place my order ahead of time on my mobile app, but today as I arrived at the store, my order wasn’t there and I showed the worker my phone and he claimed that I was late, when I placed my order at 10:45am and it’s usually ready! The worker had a belligerent attitude and yet he mistaken me for someone else who picked up my order. He has poor customer service and unprofessionalism, I believe In good customer service and this is an example of a poor customer service. He should be ashamed of himself and I feel like they need to hire someone who has excellent customer service background and professional knowledge of situations like this. Plus they shouldn’t treat me like this and it’s uncalled for! These people including the manager himself are a bunch of belligerent animals!

Declining Standards and Unprofessional Service

This place used to be a decent spot to grab a bite and enjoy a cup of coffee, but the standards have seriously declined. Hygiene is poor—staff don’t wear gloves, often talk over your food and drinks, and the seating area is not kept clean. There’s clear discrimination toward certain customers, and the manager is rarely present. Instead, unskilled and unprofessional workers with no real knowledge of coffee are constantly being hired. It’s disappointing to see how far this place has fallen. You have to constantly tell them to clean tables and chairs. They close at 10pm but throw you out and lock the...
