Yeah, I ordered on Seamless and I went over there and picked up my order so there’s a guy in a girl working at the register and he asked me if I’m here for pick up so I said yeah and he asked my name so I told him and he gave me my order and I walked out now I’m like halfway down the block and he comes after me and he’s like hey did you pay and I said yes I ordered on Seamless so obviously I paid. Then I keep walking and I’m on the next block in front of Willy’s restaurant and he is right behind me and he’s like oh well they’re saying that you didn’t pay, so can you come back and talk to the girl or whatever so I said I have a receipt right here on the app. I’m gonna show you and he’s like oh well I’m not the front desk person so I don’t really know so can you come back so I went back and I showed the idiot working the front my receipt and she asked me if it’s a GrubHub order I said no it’s seamless and she’s like what’s your name so I told her my name and then she looked it up and she’s like oh OK yeah you’re good I just didn’t even know if you paid or not. There’s no communication with these people at the front desk. Do you know how embarrassing that was when he asked me in the streets infront of people to go back and proved that I paid for this food. The food is awful anyway. Don’t go here. I should’ve just went to my go to restaurant Kaiteur up the block. They need to do better. And the food is garbage. It...
Read moreI came here for the first time with a coworker and former coworker I got there a little after 4:30, one of the party got there around 4:50 and the other around 5:30, we ordered three appetizers and entrées and drinks, the appetizers kinda fill us up so we were picking at the entrées a little after 6 the waitress came with plastic bags and takeout containers which we didn't ask for but it was needed then a little after 6:30 she informed us that we have to close out the bill because she was supposed to leave at 6 and if we need anything else she'll send another waitress over, (which never happened), so we closed out the bill and gave 20% tip, we continued to conversate and finish our drinks then as I was walking back to the table from the bathroom a waitress came and told us that they need the table so we had to leave before finishing our drinks. I was planning on ordering another drink when I was finished with mine since the drinks were not strong and tasted watery. I won't be supporting this establishment again there were vacant tables and people who were still there before us. And there weren't people waiting to be seated so i don'tunderstandthe reasonto kick us out. I've never heard of restaurants kicking out paid customers that weren't being...
Read moreBe advised: I used to hangout here at Cabana weekly for years because everyone was so nice and friendly until I realized what a bunch of crooks they are. I ordered two buckets of Stella (12 beers total) and was charged for 28 beers (23 Stella, 4 Corona and 1 Blue Moon). I don't even drink blue moon. I don't even know anyone who drinks blue moon. And I never, ever ordered Corona there, ever. And last I checked, increments of 6 is: 6, 12, 18, 24, 30. NOT 23 or 28. When I complained, management told me to take it up with the bartenders... the same bartenders who overcharged my tab in the first place. I gave them over a month to correct the issue but they just ignored me. So, I called my credit card company to dispute the transaction with Cabana and Cabana never responded. [It's hard to dispute something when you're guilty]. So my credit card company reimbursed me for the extra 16 beers and now the owner is vex and telling my friends I'm a crook cause I refused to pay for the 28 beers. They tell my friends I'm no longer welcome there, which is fine by me because I don't need their business, they need mine. I can buy beers and food at any other 1200 places...
