Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

4 years ago the customer service was good and the beverage was made with care. Now that there are new workers they make the drinks disgusting, except for the the African American Muslim woman she’s very friendly and makes your drinks good etc. The slim guy with glasses, I don’t recommend him making your beverages. This guy made my drink on two different occasions; the first one was when he made my middle ice coffee and he gave me hot coffee instead of cold. When I told him I didn’t order hot coffee, he poured the hot coffee into the ice cup with ice. The second time the ice coffee was tasting old/ expired, it had a bad after taste. I told him can he make me a new one because it taste bad he started to get his attitude and he’s tone was really uncalled for, he made the coffee again but it still was bad. They don’t change the ice coffee in the the container often, thats very unsanitary and can cause health issues. This guy always approached certain situations with aggression and sarcasm. He argued with a DoorDasher, the DoorDasher was very calm and confused on where his hostile energy and tone was coming from in...

I do not go to Dunkin Donuts often, because where I am from, this chain is not as popular as it is here In NY, but coming to this particular DD's, has made me a fan! I went during the morning and on another occasion in the afternoon. The line to order went pretty quick and customer service acceptable. I ordered a simple cold brew with cream only, and a Boston Cream and Old fashion donut. Everything tasted great! I like the convenience of the location, the cleanliness appearance of the store, and the fact that there is a parking lot to park your car and walk right in the door. This place has changed to garbage!They all throw major attitude at you. The young short girl at the register was terrible, ignoring my questions, answering with complete disrespect and disregard. Then the guy making the bagels. It's almost like it's a requirement now to get hired here - how well can you give attitude to the customers. Amazing how the quality of service has gone down drastically because we've lowered our standards and expectations.

I hope this reaches the owner. So he/she can know. I will never step foot in here again. I will also never recommend my friends and family to subject them to this kind...
