I appreciate Skip's unique knowledge and understanding of anatomy/physiology, something you certainly do not experience with average trainers of this era. Also, he is fair in his pricing model and operates with integrity. I have trained off and on for 5-6 years at this point and each time I return, there is no judgment. Say it with me: working out is a lifestyle and NOT a fad. Note that the program works when you do, just like anything else in this thing called life. One key to remember is that your diet is 85%. Again, diet is 85% of this and you will never outperform a bad one.
