Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This is a small Dunkin connected to a gas station. You have two cashiers place. In one of those people buy gas or lotto tickets. No one in their upper teens and people that can't do the language. It was nice to see their hands of the workers like they were doing a video game, for adults of course. On top of all they are polite! They were behaving like like they all had a stake in this show. By the way now that I remember the one doing the sandwiches was a young guy who was slow and looked confused. They had coffee ready right away but two sandwiches felt they ordered from another Dunkin. The young white guy was holding up the show. But for the far east American guy he was keeping this place going. Kept his Sense of humour and being educated in everything in this store! I didn't do too much time there except for the sandwiches..I was running behind but I knew...

My experience was so bad that I called the company's customer service to complain. The employee at the cash register was so rude, impolite, ignorant, and vulgar. I even heard his foul language with racial slurs as I was leaving the store. Of course I didn't turn around, people like this, I learned to ignore in my life. Especially nowadays, unfortunately more of them with their xenophobic behaviour are out there. This tattooed white guy scanned my coupon then refused to serve me, the coupon went thru but somehow he just asked me to pay again. I don't understand why such a big company put people like this in the front to deal with customers, they give a very bad picture about Dunkin. It's so sad we still witness such a behavior, frankly, I wouldn't hire this guy to deal with my customers,...

I have to say choosing the right Dunkin Donuts on Staten Island is tough. There is so many places drive through etc. I have a couple favorites and arden is on that top list. The gentlemen who work at the one by arden Shell gas station. The only bad thing about this specific one the store is small and sometimes the line forms out the doors. I guess thats a good thing now because of the whole covid pandemic. They always get the idea right along with free munchkins. I always leave a tip because of the nice gesture. It's a plus if you need gas too. There is no bathroom in the store. There is a couple handicap spots right in front...
