Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I place an order for Hash Browns and a wake up wrap... While waiting for order i witnessed a server drop a bake product on the floor pick it up and stuff it back into the drawer ... contaminating the other rolls in the draw. When I brought it up to her attention in front of other patrons she immediately reached back in the drawer and took out a roll and threw it in the trash. How disgusting and repulsive to know that people prepping food can be so obnoxious. I have visited this DD several times a week. When asked to speak to a Manager he's on VACATION for two monthes then when asked to speak to a Supervisor... hes at the corporate Office... this person name giving these Answers is Bubbly or close to it when asked for a refund i was. Advised we can not refund your money. No one there had authorization to do so. So I say all that to say this. These people who so easily take your money and provide par service for Overprice food reall dont deserve to be patronize with our dollars. Who knows what your putting in your mouth at the Dunkin Donuts at 189 09 LINDEN BLVD St ALBANS NY 11412

BE CAREFUL THERE.!!! THEY ARE QUICK TO COVER UP 2...

The service is slow. There are a FEW good workers in there that get the brunt of the work because of the other workers ignore you and that's why service is slow.

There is one woman in particular who will ignore you and not respond to your request of picking up a mobile order that is literally packed waiting for pick-up. I gave her my order #, showed her my receipt via the app on my phone and she turned around and continued to make a NEW order for someone in the store instead of just HANDING me my order and this happened twice in a week. Another worker had to stop making the coffee or the register each time simply to hand me my order. I shouldn't have to wait 5 minutes nor yell for someone attention, just to have an order that already made to be handed to me.

And don't bother calling to voice your concern to the manager because the phone just goes...

I went to this location today and when I say it was a disappointment for a dunkin location. The place looks like it needs a cleaning and scrub down. The employee looked like he didn't shower and he wears no gloves yet he touches everything. He doesn't say not a thing. Not a hello or how are you. He sits on top the counter by the window playing with his phone and the place looks dirty as hell. I went there minutes to 6. The donut racks were pretty much empty, they looks dry and stale. Like donuts that has been sitting out for days. They floor was dirty. It looked like it hasn't been moped in years and the ones that did look ok was hard.. The employee has no manners. When I said thank you. He didn't answer me. Over all this is by far the worst experience and I will never go back to this location. Ridiculous and...
