Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Dunkin Donuts coffee is almost same wherever you go, so I don't have any complaints about their coffee but their service... they post up huge ads even on your apps. Do they ever tell you how to redeem it? I mean properly??? I stopped by for a cup of coffee waiting 10 mins cuz there was only ONE customer in front of me (and he was only getting a cup of coffee, that's it!) Anyways while I was waiting I skimmed through the DD app and found I get a free donut if I get a coffee. So I ordered my coffee expecting a free donut but the staff doesn't mentions about it. So I asked if I'm getting a free donut since I ordered with my app (as I'm a DD perks member) But the staff gave me a stare and telling me I had to ask for it before I order as if that's the "proper" way to redeem it.(I put pictures of the poster and you can see there's no description how to redeem it) I was put up to a position where all other customers looking at me as I'm the trouble maker. I went to the Dunkin’ at Bay Terrace today with my friend, and I got a bacon egg and cheese croissant(which was delicious I definitely recommend it), while she got a sweet black pepper bacon egg and cheese croissant. Although I ordered after her, I got my order first. We both expected her to get her order first. The people working there that day weren’t minding the fact that they had to give the person who ordered first, t get their food first. When she finally got her sandwich, it was all burnt. The egg in it was only the egg white, and it was very burnt. The photo of that sandwich on the menu showed that the cheese was clearly cheddar, but she got American cheese instead. The bacon was WAYYYYY too overcooked, but the croissant was just how it was supposed to be. Also, today, this Dunkin’ looked very gloomy, with only 3 more customers there. One girl cashier very sweet I love her and appreciate her but don’t want to make donation for st Jude’s but don’t get me wrong I love the kids and understand about their love and support for the kids with cancer but I hope Dunkin can do more donations for people and pets and doctors i hope they can lower so much for the dounts and coffee especially putting into a Baskin Robbin’s would help the environment but it’s not my place as a teacher I would love to help .
