Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

On this Saturday morning before Mothers Day I entered greeting everyone with "Good morning ". It was transparent that one of the two young ladies at the counter was training. I ordered a sandwich & coffee. I'm going to skip the part when I was having issues with my app & the manager was extremely rude. I received my order & left. Once in my car I realized that my sandwich was wrong so I returned. I got a biscuit egg cheese when I ordered a egg&cheese "wrap". The manager states "that's what you ordered. Allow me to point out

1. if you would have Provided me with a receipt.This wouldn't be a debate.
2. I didnt place my order with her! 3) I honestly don't even think it was a language issue, I really feel the young lady in training is not familiar with the menu.
3. I repeated my order & they got it wrong for the 2nd time! Egg cheese & sausage wrap! Due to their " attitude & lack of Professionalism. I but my sandwich on the counter without a refund or replacement I had to leave. I've lived in the neighborhood for 25+ years! Before Converting into dunkin' donut it used to be big D deli! I was just in this location. The young lady in a blue head scarf, came out put on her gloves and just stares at me. I continue with "Good Morning"! She then says "place your order"! That type of disrespectful and unprofessional rudeness is completely inappropriate. She almost seemed as if she had a prejudice towards me and we've never even met. Clean place, but certain employees dont know how to make coffee the right way.. Ive been there several times and they mess up my order about 80% of the time. Its not hard to make a carmel swerl ice coffee. Light & sweet. Not dark and unsweeten, or just forget the caramel....like come on thats the BEST PART!!!!!!!.
