Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This location gets 0 stars every single time we go there and now finally I’m giving a review after giving them so many attempts. We go there everyday because they’re closest to our house. If I order a donut, it’s always stale. I’ll usually order maple sugar bacon sandwich and hash browns - every single time it’s over cooked and hard and the croissant taste old. The coffee is never consistent. We usually order an extra shot of espresso and they definitely do not put it in. We just moved here from east Setauket and would always order the same thing there, when they made it, it was perfect so it’s really annoying getting such terrible food here. Worst customer service ever, the skinny tall Indian lady in the register she is the worst seem she is fed up with her life and taking anger at her customer, doesn’t have any clue how to behave or talk to customer. Tried capturing her name but turn her face other way. So I was waiting almost 10 minutes for my on-the-go order, which consisted of one simple coffee, when a fresh tray of beautiful looking jelly donuts was brought out and set up behind the register. I asked to add a jelly donut to my order, pointing to the fresh ones and was told that they could not sell me those because those are for tomorrow. They pointed me to some withered old looking donuts and said that those were the only ones available for sale today. Avoid this location...
