Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

If I can give it 1/2 a star I would. I went there to pick up some jelly munchkins because that's all my 3yr. old grandson eats and they didn't have any. They didn't have no munchkins at all by 5 p.m. So I asked for jelly donut and when the gentlemen that was serving me picked up the jelly donut it was mixed with a different flavor of donuts. But I just wanted to buy my grandson his donut and get out of there. I asked for 2 jelly and also bought a minute maid cranberry apple juice, paid and left, when I was giving it to my grandson he was like mama it's hard. So I didn't want to go back so he only got to eat the inside of his donut and I threw away the rest with the other jelly donut without being touched. I pick up everyday 10 jelly munchkins from another area but today I went to this one and I will make sure that I never spend my money there. I wouldn't even buy my coffee from there. That wasn't all, I asked how much I owe and he tells me $5.09, so I gave him $6.00, so he took my money and put it in the register and closed the register without giving me my change, so I asked him wasn't it $5.09 he gave me the only look like I was wrong for asking him for my change. So he didn't even open the register, he gave me my change from the tip cup but still looking at me like I'm wrong. Worst Dunkin ever… slow lazy and rude staff. Every time I went there had the worst experience. Today was the last time I stepped feer in there, I rather take my money somewhere else. When walked in the store was empty, only employees were there, no welcome, lady was scooping ice cream for god knows who (as I said the place was empty), another was behind the counter, another one was behind the register, another one was walking back and forth, we were standing there for 5 minutes! Nobody even looked at us, let alone took our order. Then another group of customers walked in after they being there for 2 minutes someone was about to take there order when I finally said “are you serious?! We’ve been here for almost 10 minutes and still nobody took care of us” so finally she asked what we want. So I said nothing thank you and walked out. Very unprofessional and rude. The two girls had me waiting for 8 minutes to get my order. They didn’t even ring up the guy order. I’m waited for 10 mins to be rung up and I’m told her pumpkin chai latte with oak milk. I look at my receipt and there was no oak milk on there. Which I’m allergic to regular milk luckily I look. Then she making my drink slow and even talking with her mask down making my drink. The other girl didn’t even have a mask. It’s Covid. I’m asking for my drink she told me I can wait.
