This poor rating goes to red lobster. I tried many times to contact them but their managers refused to give out contact numbers for the headquarters. I have not been back since the early part of the Fall. I was served food that was not a eatable. Is the manager Yvonne offered me the menu to choose something else then she added it to my bill. I don't call that compensating a customer for bad service. And this was bad service plus unfriendly service by the manager. I had enjoyed coming to the outdoor service because of the c19 situation. But my last time there was not a pleasant situation I'm beginning to think that we're you service people of color you tend to have a don't care attitude. Because this is how the manager treated me. I hope when you're open for real business you will change your management and the way they train people who did not wipe and clean as restaurants should and it's good that I brought my own cleaning equipment which I had to use.
