Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Apparently, if you take your own order when its in the "ready for pickup" area, you are a thief to this dunkin. My order (which I place ahead on the app) is ALWAYS kept behind the counter when its ready. And I know they still use "ready for pickup" area because I see stuff there all the time, but not mine. Only mine stuff is ever kept behind the counter. I asked the old lady behind the counter and she said cause "people steal them." Because like I said, one time I picked up my order (which was in the "ready for pickup area" that had my NAME on it, and I heard her telling the other employees I was stealing it.) If "stealing" is really THAT big a problem, then get rid of it and stop singling me out. Doesn't matter cause I'm done with...

The worst dunkin! Every time I’ve gotten my drink from here it’s always wrong. Everyone here is new and they need more training because when I ordered an iced latte, I got a cup of milk instead. When I asked for them to please make it less milk and more coffee, they said I have to pay more for extra espresso shots. I explained I had no problem with paying extra if I was being unreasonable but I wasn’t going to pay more for something that should have never been the case. The man who was there ended up yelling at me to come behind the counter to see that 1 espresso shot was being put in my drink. At the end I asked for an iced coffee instead. Horrible service...

Each morning my visit is a positive experience. The store is a quick and reliable option for drinks and breakfast. Their coffee is always hot and high quality, and their food is prepared perfectly by the staff. Their prices are reasonable compared to other coffee chains.
