Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

This is probably the worst dunkin, I went to it few times and my order always comes out wrong so I stopped going there , but than my sister started working there because it was convenient for her but she experienced a horrible treatment from arshad which is a the manager of that location , she got yelled at for nothing even tho she worked at a Dunkin in a different location prior and she had excelled there and never had a problem , I believe he was racist towards her since he was Pakistani n his workers were the same and she’s not , he always spoke in his language after he would yell and fuss about things and always make her uncomfortable,also BEWARE of this location they DONT have decaf coffee and they impose their regular coffee as decaf and also their almond and oat milk is mixed with regular milk so if your lactose intolerant don’t go there. Also caramel sauce gets mixed with liquid sugar cane ,They cut a lot of corners in this location to save money and that’s not fair for us customers especially if ur charging us extra for our...

This is only getting a two star because whoever works the night shift is a god, idk why but no matter what shift of the day, specifically the afternoon and later staff are HORRIBLE.

They serve the drive thru before in store customers, the coffee is watered down disgusting never made right. Paid an extra dollar for an add on, didn’t even give it to me. I will order on the app and still run late to wherever I’m going bc it took 30 mins for two coffees and two sandwiches???

They’re all rude unprofessional, besides maybe one or two workers. As I said if you’re coming during the overnight shift the gentlemen that work there actually make the food right as well as the coffee.

Any other time of day it’s 0 stars all around. My mother is rolling in her grave for real.

Either come during the overnight shift, or drive up forest 4 mins, or hop on that 48 cause the Dunkin next to the nail salon and Chinese spot by the ShopRite is INFINITELY better. If they’re closed and it’s late then the drive thru at this location is a good...

My recent visit to this Dunkin left me incredibly disappointed. The unprofessional behavior of the staff and manager overshadowed the entire experience. Despite only a few customers ahead of me, I waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order to be taken. The staff seemed more focused on talking and gossiping amongst themselves than attending to customers. When I politely pointed out the errors in my order, the staff seemed frustrated and made only minimal effort to correct them. Throughout my interaction, the staff displayed a complete lack of warmth and attentiveness. From curt responses to dismissive shrugs, their demeanour felt unwelcoming and unprofessional.
