BAD CUSTOMERS SERVICE, P E R I O D. One of the cashiers and the other worker, knew NOTHING about to giving GREAT customer service at all. Bad attitude, arrogant, rude, ZERO patience. You know; -If you are having a bad day, donāt take out on us (the customers).- thatās not nice neither professional. Anyway, I ordered a frozen coffee with whipped cream, this one tasted a little bit sour-bitter, maybe it was the whipped cream. So, I requested (nicely) another coffee; (excuse dear, my coffee tastes weird, a little bitter-sour, can you please change it. Btw itās not the first that Ive had frozen coffee š¤¦š½āāļøā¦ well, the cashier instead of saying, āokay no problem I will give you another oneā she started to making complaints about my request, āEXCUSE ME?ā -No, I paid for that. Not just that, the cashier walk away from me⦠without reason, girl great customer servicešš½. She doesnāt know how to handle easy request-āproblemsā.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI live nearby and I've gone to this Dunkin Donuts very frequently--in the mornings before going on the train, mid-day, late afternoons, evenings and nights before it closes, etc--sometimes more than once a day and sometimes several days in a row, so I feel like the years of going there have given me the experience and right to say that it isn't that bad.
They have gotten my order wrong in the past (they'd mark "black" on the coffee cup and still give me a coffee with milk, sugar, and sometimes raspberry tea inside), but I think they've gotten better over the past few months (it's definitely worse on hotter days when they have more customers than usual). Perhaps it depends on what time you go. But generally I haven't had a raspberry tea-infused coffee as frequently in the past year. Also, a commenter here felt the need to single out the worker with the headscarf; that worker isn't that bad at all. She's just got a job to do.
Also it's nice to go to a Dunkin Donuts where the workers aren't threatening, intimidating, or creepy as they are in some chains...

They are in such a rush to get the line out that before the person that is paying gives them the money they are already saying next, and continue to say next untill you order and stand on top of the person still waiting for their receipt. When you get your order it is not what you asked for or done in such a rush is disgusting. For example i ask for a Hot Chocolate with milk and whip cream and a toasted butter plained bagel, i got a hot chocolate no whip cream and no milk, my bagel was not hot or toasted and it had two globs of butter not spreaded either. The sad part is that they always mess up the order and i have tried to keep giving them chances and they still dont get their act together. Now they have a new Starbucks accross the street and i rather now go spend $9 rather than $4 and get my order correct my Hot chocolate the way i ask for it and my Hot toasted bagel with melted butter rather than...
