Vesuvius Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I order 2 large pie of pizza over the phone . The guy in the phone took the order . I ask for one pie to put extra cheese and one light cheese . He gave me the total $30 for 2 pie . When I went to pick up my pizza the guy said $30 I gave him $30 . The boss came abs said you have to pay $4 dollar more . I ask him why he said for the extra cheese . I told him when I placed the order you never told me that . The boss was very rude , disrespectful and the pizza was disgusting . I bring the pizza home and my family didn’t like it , We end up throwing g the pizza away because I found a roaches in the pizza . It was obvious to the delivery guy ,I had an arm cast from.my shoulder to my wrist,supported by a sling. So politely i said,please bring the 2 can soda and pizza box inside. He instead stands deliberately,holding the pizza box,nope,not doing it. I didn't know what does one do in an awkward situation like that? I motioned him to at least just place it on the staircase banner. He did.The box tilted. I hoped the box would flip over to the bottom.staircase. He still would not bring no more than 2 ft inside. The pizza here isn't just good, it's actually pretty great! The dough that they use for the crust carries a distinct taste of sourdough. The same for their garlic knots. I have not tasted anything else like it in the neighborhood. To my knowledge, (I've tried more than a few different pizzerias) they're the only pizzeria in the area with such a distinct flavor. The only issue I have with their pizza slice, is that it could use more cheese. Even when you order an extra cheese slice, it seems like it could use more.
