Wah Lung — Restaurant in New York

Probably my favorite place to order from. My entire family has lived around this area for years and have always ordered from here. The memories I have associated with this area and ordering from here are some that I won’t ever forget. I remember as a kid I thought I got a water bottle for free, when my parents paid for it without me knowing. A few weeks later I go there to trick or treat and they offered me another water bottle as a treat. I wouldn’t ever forget that. The food is okay, I don’t LOVE it in comparison to other chinese food I’ve had but it’s definitely not bad. It’s a reliable place, especially when you’re hungry. I love the food, I love that its very close to where I live, but I hate the delivery service, the delivery guy is very rude, the guy is incredibly impatient, I handed him the money for my order and he decided to just walk out before giving me my change, it wasnt much that he owed me but he didnt even consider asking me if i wanted the change back, he just started walking away. It’s basic Chinese American food. They don’t use healthy oils or any fresh Asian ingredients to cook with compared to what authentic Asian restaurants in Chinatown, or in the “richer and nicer” neighborhoods tend to cook with. The quality is not the best, just regular.
