Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Realizing that the cashier had messed up my order and it wasn't a small drink, it was a medium. He tells the guy who is making it to fix it so now I finish paying and now I'm watching the guy this man I literally. watched this man Watched him make it in a small cup and switch it to a medium cup and then add a whole bunch of more ice. He didn't realize I was standing behind him and then when I said something he's like no I'm gonna add more stuff. If we was going back-and-forth and then some other guy told him to throw it away, I'm not gonna do that. I said listen just forget it. He gives it to me. Still forgets that I have I'm supposed to get whipped cream on it and caramel Then he starts complaining the other guy about it because they both messed up and then of course, after all this, the cashier forgets my my donut I wouldn't recommend this place. The staff is very rude. I think I wrote a review before about one of the employees a lady being really rude and this is the man in the picture that try to just put it in another cup and was giving me attitude like I paid for this stuff. I don't understand why isn't an issue So no, I wouldn't go back and I go to Dunkin' Donuts like...

I used the Dunkin’ Donuts app to order my food while I was on the ferry. I get there thinking my food would be available for me to snatch and go because I was trying not to be late for work. There was a bag on the counter unlabeled, no attached receipt with order number NOTHING. I asked one of the girls making food about my order because I noticed she’s calling numbers after mine. She nodded her head and said she’s making it. Comes back to call another number not mine. I go to the register and ask for a manager because at this point waiting 15 minutes was ridiculous (I wanted a refund). The guy walks from the register and said oh this bag that been sitting here is yours . I said how was I suppose to know if it’s not labeled. He then passed it to me . I said I don’t want that it been sitting there and multiple ppl picked it up looking inside to see if it was theirs. I requested a new sandwich…they act as if they was frustrated for me wanting a fresh hot sandwich which I paid for. Long story short I was late and recommend you not to use the app for this location because they don’t label the food like they’re suppose too and there is NEVER a manager to deal with...

They Robbed Me

Let me explain why I stated this. It was my first time there. I ordered a vanilla chai tea medium. The price came up to 4.45 I ask why is it so much. She shug her shoulders and said I don't know that's how they priced it. I got the drink looked at my receipt trying to figure out what's wrong because the price didn't seem right but I didn't have time had the catch the ferry. On the ferry took a sip of the Tea. It tasted horrible as if she only added a dash.. of vanilla chai SMH to it instead of the regular 2 spoons I couldn't even drink it had to throw it away. After some research I notice on the receipt it said chai latte. Was thinking chai latte is that what they put as chai tea or they different. The next day I went back and ask how much is a vanilla chai. They said 2 something and 3 something after tax. So I explained my situation with my receipt and the lady rush to get rid of me kept the receipt and gave me 75 cent. A few days later I bought one to know the right price which came up to 315 so they robbed me 55 cents. I disliked that place after that but everyone...
