this dunkin location is convenient but the service is just bad.
there is 10-15+ minutes wait when the location has small load, constantly items are missing or there are wrong items.
you have to return back and ask to add something, they don't check and give you wrong coffees, while i was waiting just today i saw multiple people trying to fix a mess they made with their orders.
sometimes i order on the app to pick food up but they just skip it and move forward, you come and nothing is ready. then you wait, nothing happens, and then they will see you and ask "what you want".
today they put bacon in both of my wake up wraps though i specifically asked for no meat and it is in the check. it's critical for me and i found out only when i already bit one and bacon can cause severe stomach pains for me as i don't eat meat for many years.
i understand it's not the employees, usually they are the same ones so they're definitely working there for long. but there is absolute lack of training and thanks to that orders are always messed up and are prepared extremely slowly. i see i'm not the first person writing this. attaching pictures from today, however something like this happens to me constantly at...
Read moreThe worst Dunkin’ Donuts that I been to. The drivetru cashier is the worst I for got her name I have on the receipt I will find it and update. First if you forget to order something before you paid. U in for a big argument with her. I place my order and I forgot to put something else when I got to the window to pay I ask the cashier if I can get something else that I forgot ( caramel ice latte) she was like no you can’t you was suppose to place your order before. She wanted me to make the whole line again just because she didn’t feel like doing it . So we had a big argument back and forth. She lost about 30min of her time . I bought around $37 dollars worths of food and drink and I returned everything back. I live 5 min away from this dunkin this it was my spot to buy my Coffe in the morning . Not anymore. Since em I have been going to starbucks and so far I like their coffee better and is cheaper since I don’t need to buy a turbo shot to add to my regular coffee since is already strong . Threw the years your level of service has become abysmal, that's is understanding for the current work force that's working these jobs these day (you truly have no control). My main issue stems from the pricing of simple items that your company and Corp you are partnered with are doing. In the last 4 years a iced coffee has had a pricing increase every 4 months. Besides increasing the prices you are not able to find simples things that a coffee shop has, napkins, sugar packets, straws, they are all held under lock and key by your employees. So you are also trimming consumables exposure to your business to keep profits up. Makes a lot of sense charge more give less. I guess the customer has to get killed for $800000 renovation you just did. Thank you for trying you hardest to loss a loyal customer. You have succeeded in your efforts....
