Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I know, it’s just a coffee store but this place was so unorganized and staff has no communication skills. 6 members on the clock and all of them are in different poles. The most noticeable fact about Dunkin’ Donuts, none of the team members ever said Hi or Hello or any courtesy if you walk in. So far Kathy was the only team member who was absolutely personable and care about guests even it’s just for a small coffee. The manager of the store needs training on guest service and employee management. By the way, this review is all about the service and standards. The brand itself never failed to provide the best morning bagels and coffees. Having proper managers would change the whole dynamics which would bring more revenues...

The Donuts are ALWAYS either old poorly made or both. They do not know how to make any of the beverages properly besides regular coffee and even that is served warm at best. Corporate needs to send someone here to train the entire staff IMMEDIATELY. That staff should be given Dunkin Donuts from another location THEN given the stuff that they make so that things REALLY sink in and they understand the difference between what they are doing and how it should be done.
