Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

I don’t know why they are open 24hrs. I came two nights in a row, the first night they said they are closed. But tonight I realized they have a window to place your order…. So I came to it, waited(he saw me) so I proceeded to ring the bell (even tho he saw me) and wait some more, (total is 8 mins now) rang the bell again finally 2 mins later he comes.. before I’m even saying anything he’s dying they don’t have it.. (I was going to get the seasonal advertised iced coffee) claims to not have, so I order another always available iced coffee .. he doesn’t have that either… so then I pick another iced coffee- now he only has hot coffee. Lol ridiculous and waste of almost 30 mins of my time…. I just walked away he obv wasn’t going to have anything Ohh yes I forgot in the very beginning I was only looking at the advertisement for pumpkin muffin something and he says they only have...

It sucks to say that all the Dunkin' Donuts are not the same. This is an example that this Dunkin' donut does not serve quality. They tried to charge you even 10 cents for anything. They charge you extra for almost everything that they can. The donut is stale and I usually go in the mornings where you would think it'll be fresh. All the drinks taste watered down and the service is not friendly. They talk to eachother ignoring customers and serve you when they're done conversating. I have gone about 10 times and the 10 times I've gone I can say that I've not had a very good experience. So unfortunately, I'm gonna have to give it a one star. Also in Uber Eats. It has the option to order from them. When you place an order, they never have anything. I've tried placing an order with them. About 4 times on Uber Eats and it has been incompleted...

went in to order in store because their app wasn't working. Ordered with the same rude lady that looks like she never wants to be there. Then when I went to apple pay to their card machine, she proceeds to tell me it declined, meanwhile it said the machine had an offline transaction posted on it. Then she goes to the back, to then tell me I have to pay cash. I said okay, I'll go get cash and she asked me in a very rude way, "how long is it gonna take?" Told her I'll be back 10-15 minutes with cash. Came back to only see her ringing up customers at the next register with apple pay, like? I wasted my time and the quality of my drinks had been ruined.
