Dunkin' — Restaurant in New York

Called because there were several small pieces of plastic, looking like pieces of the cup or cover that they use, in the strawberry coolatta. The person answered the phone as if at home. I had to ask if it was Dunkin Donuts. The person sounded unconcerned about my complaint and didn’t even apologize. A person’s digestive tract can become blocked if this is something that is ingested frequently. A situation like this might be why some have illnesses of unknown origin. This drink was bought for the purpose of cooling down the body. I brought it to their attention in good faith, but the person’s attitude is why I had to post (some of them seem to have a chronic attitude problem in that store). I just consider this another reminder of why not to eat out. Smh.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend anything that they have to prepare for customers. Imagine someone who doesn’t pay attention to what...

This is the most.. Slowest driver thur.... They r not many Dunkin Donut Drive thurs....u wait 4 every 2 order.. Than when u get 2 the window The lady holding your order while she is conversation with one of her co-workers...don't u think tht can wait...after 15 mins Waiting 4 the order in the 1st place...😖😖😖 2 them...

I actually went through this morning..10/08/2022..6:50AM It was really faz the lady did not Ask a million times wht I wanted she got it on the 1st try... This was the best lady I ever had since going to the drive thru.. Please keep...

I ordered hazelnut ice latte told them I need 2 pumps, I guess they didn’t listen to me when I said two pumps they add like 2 bottle syrup in my latte I couldn’t drink it very sweet, had to throw it away, always making ur drinks incorrectly, this it the worst Dunkin, they need to close down or need new management. As to their baskin robins their ice cream is always soft an before u walk out the store all is melted. I would rate zero if they had that option. DO NOT GO HERE AN...
