ZERO STARS!!!!

We ordered two orders of tacos to be delivered to my house, which is located a block away, and the food arrived super cold. The steak tacos smelled really bad and they were super stale. The green and red salsas that came along with the food smelled like pure alcohol. It was inedible 🤢🤮!!! We personally took the food to the restaurant so they see how horrible the food was and the STAFF were all drunk and continued to drink outside the restaurant! The staff did not want to acknowledge how disgusting their food was, but they ended up refunding us some money (although it was less than what the food was worth!). Terrible customer service!!! Do not order from this restaurant!! They do not know how to acknowledge their mistakes and how to deal with customers.

Pedimos tacos y que nos hicieran un delivery a mi casa, que se encuentra a una cuadra de distancia, y la comida llegó súper fría. Los tacos de carne olían muy mal y estaban super rancios. La salsa verde y roja olían a alcohol puro. ¡¡¡Era incomible 🤢🤮 !!! Nosotros personalmente llevamos la comida al restaurante para que vean lo horrible que estaba su comida y el PERSONAL estaban tomando afuera del restaurante. The food was not great but let’s not make that a big issue. The big issue here is that they’re charging 27% additional to the bill for drinks. How is this possible? I received a bill for $109 which included drinks and food ($48 worth of drinks) and they charged me $30 as a “gratuity” which was not a waiter gratuity. I asked the waiter why they had already included such a high tip and I was told this was for the bartender and that nothing was given to her. How is this possible? That they’re charging $30 for $49 worth of beer and in addition to that I have to tip the waiter? I know tipping the waiter is optional but how can you walk away without leaving her a cash tip? She was a really sweet and nice girl and of course, we left her tip, we just don’t believe it’s ok what they’re doing with such a high fee.

As I clearly stated in my above review, when I saw the gratuity being added to my bill, I kindly asked the waiter to let me know what percentage tip was being added since it was higher than a 25% of my bill ($109 for food and drinks). She didn’t know and went inside to ask. When she came out, that’s when she told me this was the BARTENDER tip and not a waiter tip. So I was surprised getting charged almost $30 for $48 worth of BEER consumption.

Food is good, waitresses are absolutely lovely. Unfortunately the karaoke 🎤 dj is arrogant and pompous. The first time we went I thought maybe he just doesn't know us or something but yesterday we tried going again and he was horrible. He never greets us and we have to physically go up to him to request a paper and pen to request a song even though he goes to the other tables but he always skips us even the last time we went. He always "loses" the papers we give him and cuts off the songs we request before they finish. He took my cup of water straight off my table while he was singing a cover and drank it infront of me. He also stood behind my husband and looked at my husband from behind with a disgusted look while my hubby was dancing and thought i didnt see him. My friend also noticed he was ignoring our table and looked very annoyed that we wanted to sing and request music but he had no problem with the other tables doing 2 or 3 songs in a row . He is a diva and has made the problem very personal with my husband, my sister and myself the 3x we've been there. I'd love to go on a night when there is a friendlier dj but sadly he's always there lol bummer we pay to have fun not to be ignored and grilled...
