THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m only giving this place a star because I have to give it some sort of rating. Nothing personal to the nail tech , she’s very sweet and great at what she does. (Has a lot of experience) In general the salon and booking was a nightmare. I booked a Saturday appointment at 12 and confirmed with the owner and waited an hour and a half for the salon to open. I already made plans so obviously I couldn’t stay longer than 4:00 pm being that my nails should have been started at 12 not 1:30 pm. I settled with the tech that I’d come in the next day at 12:30 so she can finish my nails and to my surprise the salon wasn’t open. I understand emergencies occur but I waited for a response from the owner in time intervals at that point I waited to hours and still no signs of someone Arriving to do my nails. Finally the owner responded in the evening and confirmed my appointment for Wednesday 6:40 pm. I texted early on Wednesday to triple confirm my appointment and she said I was all set. I travel all the way to the salon and yet again the salon was closed I waited about a half hour for a response and the owner said the tech was confused and thought I’d go in tomorrow. At this point I wouldn’t rely, recommend or consider anyone coming here. Extremely unprofessional and un organized.

The tech was sweet I will say this and at least for the day she arrived late she gave a free pedicure.

But I wouldn’t recommend anyone...

By far the most unprofessional nail place I’ve ever been too. Had an appointment last week for 11:30 AM, when I arrived the place was closed. They rescheduled me a week later and when I arrived, the place was closed again. I had put down a $25 deposit as well. I booked with a nail tech that NO LONGER WORKS THERE and no one reached out to me to let me know this, instead they allowed me to show up to a closed store. I reached out to the ig page and I asked MULTIPLE times for my deposit back and the owner is IGNORING me!!! It’s a shame that nail tech left, she was really talented. I do not recommend going to this place at all, they will not show up to the appointment and keep your deposit....

This Salon is a beyond comfortable environment, they are sweet, attentive, creative and talented! I got my nails done here for my prom and taking them to my graduation both events I got an insane amounts of compliments on how beautiful the nails were!! they are strong and almost a week in they look as good as the day i got them. The owner is a kind man who despite his macho appearance has a very sweet heart and is at the moment trying to learn how to do nails himself!! Please support this small business if you want your nails cared for and dazzling by the end of your appointment!! (Hvelyn is the beautiful person who did my nails) so sorry if i spelled...
