I recently visited Mango crepes and more with my family, excited to treat them to something sweet, and I had my service dog with me. l've been a regular customer for quite some time, though usually I order to go. This time, we wanted to enjoy our treats on-site. When I showed the staff my service dog's scannable ID, which is ADA-compliant and has always been accepted at other NYC restaurants, I was met with unexpected resistance. Two staff members, rather than simply scanning the ID, insisted on seeing a physical card.

The interaction left a lot to be desired their attitude was dismissive and unfriendly. It was disappointing to be treated this way, especially when l've never faced an issue with presenting the ID at other places. I understand the need to verify, but the staff could have approached the situation more...

It was delicious. I ordered the crape with mango, strawberry, arequire and whipped cream and it had the right amount of everything. Awesome service, quick and professional. The lady running the front greeted every single customer and said good bye on the way out. Even when it got real, real, real busy. They played a variety of nice upbeat music and the place was well decorated and clean. My hubby ordered only vanilla ice cream with waffer cookies and sprinkles. He then realized his plate looked too simple and decided to ask for chocolate ice cream. They were extremely sweet, gave him the extra scoop at no cost. That is great customer service. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for dessert....

I entered this establishment with the expectation of getting tasty desserts at a reasonable price. I got the Blastberry crepe along with the Happy Chocolate. In total it came to $25. The blastberry crepe did NOT include the whipped cream that the description said it would and most of the fruits such as the grape and raspberry would make the crepe watery. Furthermore the crepe itself had NO flavor. This dish was a conglomerate of fruits that did NOT blend together. They also did not let me eat my Cholado from next door so we had to do take out instead of eating indoors to enjoy the “crepes” as soon as we got them. Overall very expensive and not well made. I would go to T-swirl crepe or tornado crepes...

Bruh, I ordered a beef crepe, but it was pretty wack. The whole thing seemed like a sludge. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and I was told, 'es que viene así.' Mind you, it was nothing like the picture. I figured that since they had a limited menu, it would be alright. Up until now, I had tried the fruit salad, which is good, but I’ve noted a significant decrease in quality. The fruits don’t feel as ripe and fresh as in the past. If you want to go, stick to the fruit salad, but that’s at your own risk. Hope this helps.
