El Comal Mexican Snacks — Restaurant in New York

The food is great but their customer service is atrocious! Ordered online they didn’t have what ordered and THEY didn’t want to substitute the pork EARS for chicken. Like I’m all for culture but I DIDNT PAY FOR PORK NOR WOULD I WILLING EAT PORK EARS/chunks! They Wasn’t willing to work with me at all. Like how am I supposed to know u ran out of ingredients??? On the phone they so rude and I have yet to have received a refund. Went in person and was shocked that they were rude and prejudice! I HAVE NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED BY A BUSINESS. I sent a friend to see if I was bugging and said he don’t care if they had the last taco in NY, he won’t go back. The older lady is the only 1 that has any common decency and sense. If you can’t have decent customer service FIND ANOTHER JOB! Hope they get all that NEGATIVE energy back!

The food makes me want an Abuela I didn’t even know I had the privilege of having. The Mexican nachos always hit and I do mean always, hit so hard it left a bruise on my heart where it forever stays. The only thing, and I do mean the only thing I got to say is that y’all tried to rip me off the last time. The lady went from saying the price of nachos was one thing, then upped it more when I asked again. Next time no bueno mama, dont do that.

Other than that incident, been coming here and will forever come here until frostbite snaps my toes...
