When you you spend $70 a week or every other week at a business you expect good service right? Well the last 6 orders I specifically wrote on Uber eats to send me the right sauces and I called the guy on the phone right after. Soend 70 bucks they can send you what you want, no? Well this was the last time I do it. Last 15 years Iā€™ve walked in to pick up orders, I have ordered for deliveries but this was the last time. 6 consecutive times. The guy on the phone acknowledge they screwed up last time cause he ā€œrememberedā€ me and still the forgot again. I wanted soy sauce and duck sauce for the dumplings and spring rolls. Hot sauce for the special fried rice and yellow mustard for the spare ribs. Itā€™s how we like it. They just lost a very good customer! The photo is proof lol! 56 before Uber eats fees!

There are many Chinese spots in this area. We use to order form Asian garden sadly they're closed because they were really good. This place has good ribs different from their neighbors . They put too much garlic on their lo mien which my kids don't really like. The chicken and broccoli is good a little oily and their wings are ok. I love eating food from here. It's very tasty. I lived in the area 10+ years ago and this was my go to restaurant for Chinese food. I've moved but still go out of my way to call ahead and place an order for pick up. They offer free delivery but I'm too far. They never disappoint and I highly recommend. Please! Can anyone truly report in excelsis in re ANY ChineseAmerican restaurants common to NYC? Unless your tastes are similar to that of Drosophila (ie ordure), you'll keep your insults to yourself, buy some simple, fresh ingredients, and prepare tasty and healthier victuals at home. There is simply nothing offered at this or other dumps that entice and afford pleasure. If you can't resist oil, sugar, and salt, bloat yourselves on the fare offered in such vile joints. Ordered from here for lunch they overcharged me about $6-$7. My "chicken with broccoli" had NO chicken in it and then they charged me $2 extra after delivering my order with no chicken. After giving the delivery guy a tip the first time, when he came back to deliver "the chicken" he was arguing for more tip! I won't lie the food was good but having been overcharged, things missing from my order, and the delivery guy arguing for more tip, I will not order from here anymore.
