Emilio's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I only gave 1 Star because I could not give them zero. I called to put an order over the phone the young lady that answer the phone Says Emilio‘s and sounds to me like she put the phone on the counter I can still hear everything in the back on . . I was put on hold ( without a please hold I’ll be right with you ) was on hold for a couple of minutes. So now I put my order in then I asked how much is my total and how long was for delivery. It sound as if it bothered her. She told me how much it was and I said thank you thinking I was going to get a thank you back .and then just Hangs up on me. that was so rude, and unprofessional. So I called back to ask the young lady is it busy there .she then tells me no. So I told her courtesy goes a long way if someone tells you thank you it will be nice to get that back after the end of the call. I didn’t ask her what her name is and if there’s a manager there she then tells me she’s not supposed to give up her name and she don’t know who the manager is and when they will be there. Visited this pizza shop on 06/10/22. The place was nice and clean. Bought an eggplant parmigiana with ziti and a chicken parmigiana with ziti as well as two slices of pizza. I was greeted nicely and felt welcomed by the gentlemen taking my order. The portions was surprisingly generous and tasty. The pizza was good with a hearty crust and just the right amount of cheese and sauce. I would definitely patronize this establishment again anytime I am in the area. Today I ordered from Emilios on east tremont after waiting an hour my order was delivered can you believe the chicken wing meat was black inside I had already ate one piece before I noticed my husband said what is that I called spoke to Peter he said it's fine that's the way the chicken comes. I said the chicken is rotten I asked if they were closing he said yes . But I went there anyway with my husband. I gave him the chicken first he said it was OK then he and his other worker said they couldn't check every piece of chicken They were both RUDE he gave $ 7 back from my order I was so upset.
