Empire Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

Been here a few times, cook food too fast a lot of times it isn’t fully cooked. Got a dish with meat in it. Wasn’t fully cooked. Showed them it and they said that’s how it’s suppose to be prepared. Had to convince them to make it over. Also while waiting in the place saw some bugs (not ants). Another time i asked for a dish with no pork fried rice, they gave it to me with the pork fried rice, then I had to return it & once again convince them that I didn’t ask for pork fried rice. Also caught them picking the pork out the rice and try and serve it back to me like it was new. This place might be the worst fast food Chinese...

The chicken is good. And I'm not a fan of chicken so you could see how impressed I was. But you got to try the curry beef with chicken white rice. One of my favorite and the beef with broccoli fried rice. Yumm mee! But to be serious the food is genuinely delicious and one of the best Chinese food I've eating in Brooklyn atleast in my Brownsville area. Oh and the lady (asian) is sweet she may appear seriuos at times but she's sweetheart and is very respectful towards her customers. Try it you won't find any fault with this restaurant. OK at best. Didn’t include one of the dishes we ordered and paid for. Eggplant dish was half-cooked and inedible. Hot and sour soup had glops of congealed corn starch floating around...yuk! So we paid for 2 out of 7 dishes that we couldn’t eat. In balance, the egg rolls and General Tso chicken were good. I don’t understand all the 5 star reviews.
