Today I ordered a slice of vegetable pizza, I was never told their vegetable pizza is not a regular slice of pizza with vegetables but is a slice of white pizza with vegetables. I called because everyone makes mistakes. A man spoke with me, and instead of making good on this, he put me on hold because he had a customer calling in. I place orders for a local business (we get caterings through the year from them)besides calling in private orders. You see I am a customer too and we never complained before. This was horrible customer service . What a shame the food is good. I called back and told the girl they just lost a customer and she said nothing. And the 2nd and 3rd time they forget to put chicken in pasta and salad. The second order the lady on phone said she would credit me the 7-8 dollars they charged to put chicken in salad. A few weeks later I called to order pasta and no one knew anything about the credit. I ordered anyway and again they forgot the chicken in my pasta. The women that answered my call had no clue how to do that ,wanted me to cancel my order and get charged a penalty to reorder again . All while my food is sitting there getting cold .
