Was stopping here for my lunch break had to eat while working as they were taking super long to get 3pcs of chicken that was already ready and my side plantains tostones which I asked for sweet plantains a few times which shows on the menu, but she kept pointing to the tostones They talk too much behind the counter. Don’t worry getting the food served fast Was more worried about the phone then getting food out they were nice But They’re just too friendly talking instead of worrying about orders. where is the customer service?.. how online it says establishment closes at 12am, I go at 10pm and the girls there told me and my friends there was no chicken, that they could make it if we wanted. After we get the food, we were going to sit and eat, was told not to because they close at 11pm. The girls there have a nasty attitude, were only focused on guys walking in, done dropped my soda because she was paying attention to the guys there while I was trying to talk to her. We had to go to the other establishment in Inwood, to eat the food. Don’t get me started on the food. Fries are soggy, chicken not well fried and rice is absolutely flavorless and dry. I would never recommend this place. The chicken was suspiciously huge, like it had been injected with something unnatural. After eating, both my girlfriend and I ended up in the hospital with the worst stomachache — absolutely unacceptable and dangerous

On top of that, the service was terrible. The lady working there looked like she didn’t want to be there at all and treated us with no care or respect.
