How can Chinese people, operating a Chinese food restaurant, be so terrible at making Chinese food! Food was flavorless, everything tasted like white rice. On top of this. They charged me $15 for a large order of chicken with broccoli and $16.50 for spare rib tips with shrimp fried rice. And $9.95 for general tso but everything delivered was the same size and portion. I called them, a girl said "manager is on the phone" she took my number and didn't call back. Don't we all already know that Chinese places have caller ID and already know your number? Now when I try to call back it just rings and rings until I get the fax machine sound. I wouldn't ever use a delivery company with this restaurant, in fact I learned my $70 lesson. I won't ever buy from them again. Order at your own risk, just know that the negative reviews on here and more than likely true and I wish I had listened to them. A restaurant should work hard for my money and be accountable when they mess up. I bet you if I went in person, things would have been much different, in fact I would have had the chance to decline the food before paying. Happy garden making...

I ordered a lunch special and a drink (I know the prices are a little higher when order is placed on-line) and my direct delivery instructions are clear. My office is right on the Grand Concourse, a large building and centrally located. My office number and floor number all clear. I get a phone call and someone just keeps saying, "outside, outside," when I answered. I ask the caller 'where outside are you?' since my delivery is contactless and my order was to be left at my office door. The delivery person just keeps saying "outside, outside," and then proceeds to hang up. A few minutes passed and then I am assuming it's a manager calling from the restaurant. He proceeds to tell me that the delivery person had a hard time coming in and I reply how so, considering it's a public office building. When I called to place an order I specifically and repeatedly asked for my broccoli to be soft and have lots of sauce. When they delivered my food, the broccoli was hard and the sauce was a nasty brown color. Not what I wanted at all.
