Graziella Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I wish I took pictures of the food that our hosts arranged to be served for us, their guests, to a Celebration of Life for their Mom and their Mimi, a fine neighbor with a sense of humor, who we continue to miss, last Saturday. Graziella Restaurant treated us to perfectly prepared appetizers, salad, pasta, a choice in the main course, an assortment of dessert, coffee and tea😋! Our neighbors were so generous to offer an open bar to a restaurant-packed with family and friends.

Graziella was very good in spacing out each plate that they put on our tables. We enjoyed their company, sharing about their Mom, songs, and an album of pictures about everything and everyone that she loved from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Graziella made the Celebration delightful and fitting for Mrs. T’s life well...

Was looking for a place outside of Manhattan for family from Sicily to eat at. Glad I found this place by using google reviews.

Fried calamari was excellent and cooked perfectly. Perfectly seasoned and fresh and not rubbery at all.

Arancini’s aka Rice balls were as good as they get in the area. The meat filling was perfect. Not as much rice as Sicily but that’s ok, the sauce and flavor of the inside was spot on.

Grilled shrimp was excellent, nice flavor.

Rigatoni ala Nona was excellent as well. 2 thumbs up from the Sicilian relatives.

Not pictured was my dish of eggplant parm, thinly sliced and fried with fresh mozzarella between all layers.

We will definitely go back and hopefully meet the owner next time, your staff was excellent and very attentive...

Stay away! You put meat in your vodka sauce? Without stating it on your menu, or website, or anywhere? Pretty scummy and disgraceful. I'm vegetarian and now can't eat the $18 meal and feel sick from one bite and now have to go back out at 11pm so I can actually have dinner. Expecting a refund immediately. Edit: They refused refund due to "our penne alla vodka is always like this and you should already know" so I guess they don't expect any new customers. Probably why their business is failing. At least Slice app understand people have allergy, religious and personal beliefs where they dont eat certain foods so they overrode graziass and gave me refund. Definitely stay away if you have any allergies or beliefs where you dont/can't eat...
