Jade Dragon — Restaurant in New York

I give them 2 stars because they are disrespectful. I recently called to have food delivered to my apartment and the man that answered the phone refused to send them in the building. Now I understand why they choose to do that but how he went about it was disrespectful. I am wheelchair bound and was home alone with my 6 year old son and grandmother who suffers from dementia. She's already "escaped " the house twice and was missing for days so I didn't want that to happen again and as I was explaining why I couldn't come down to get the food the man was laughing at my situation. And said no Chinese restaurant delivers to apartments. I corrected him and told him while he was closed for months I had to find another restaurant to order from and they all delivered to my apartment. Then then laughed again and said then order from them and hung up on me. I felt so disrespected. And yes I know I can order from another place which I did but I prefer there food because it is better than others in the neighborhood and cheaper but he dint have to laugh at me that was uncalled for disrespectful and...

First and foremost they are very, very rude. Very bad customer service and don't know how to speak to customers, very nasty attitude. Second the food is not all that good. The chicken wings, shrimp lo-mein and shrimp and broccoli is the only decent meal to me. One time I ordered food for take-out they was a baby bird flying around in the waiting area, I left immediately. I miss the old Double Dragon when David and his wife was running the business. I ordered for delivery at 6pm and spent $50 for Chinese take out. After an hour I kept calling the restaurant and they wouldn’t pickup, finally someone answered and said she doesn’t have access to see my order. 2 hours later I called again and she hung up. I called and the lady was very rude yelling at me saying I already received my order and that I was lying. She said if I wanted my food to place another order.
