Terrible Service I made an order at 6 pm on grubhub on Sunday. Around 7:30 I tried to contact them but was unable to get through. When I finally got through they first told me they did not get my order. Then I give her my name and the girl who answered the phone says oh I see it. It literally had been almost 2 hours since I ordered and they did not even start my order. The girl was rude and nasty and asked well do you want it or not. Like seriously? I said we'll how long will it take now the girl stated as fast as we can do it. Another mistake, she then goes and tells me some of the stuff I ordered they don't have anymore ! Now I'm livid A. Because she had very nasty attitude B. now they don't have what I want and was never contacted not 1 time about my order . This has to be a family operated business because she should not even have a job there. I'm a boss and she would NEVER be hired . I had to get out of character due to her nonchalant attitude. How would you feel if you waited almost 2 hours for food and couldn't get through to the location to then get through and talk to a rude employee for them to tell you they haven't started your order and don't have everything you ordered. My order was $60 already. I will never order from them and will make sure anybody I know doesn't order from them. I am not one to complain because I understand things happen in the business place but her attitude as if someone did something to her was unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. I will be writing a review wherever I can about this place they did not offer me a credit nothing just we'll refund your money while I have children waiting for their food. They are trash and I can guarantee the way they operate they won't be open for long I can bet any amount on that. Good for those who had a good experience here I was skeptical but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They failed. I know people in High places and based off the service the place is probably not up to standards they may need a visit from the health department . My favorite people are Manny and Eva. If I'm eating in, I can chat them up about current events and the happenings in and around New York city. Bet you didn't know they have their ear to the heart of the city. lol
Especially it's barbecue rib and chicken loving occupants living on Staten Island.
My favorite food is the whole barbecue chicken, yellow rice and black beans and two orders of tostones (fried plantains).
You might ask is that all I eat, no, but it's what I love to order there. It just tastes so good the way they make it. We eat it with sangria at home sometimes.
Don't try to convince me it isn't the best thing on the menu there, but I'm open to suggestions because I'm sure I'd like most of the menu.
Friendly, great food, great service, fast.
You should tip generously, they give back to the community by providing a great service at a price...

However, order for chicken n fries was $8 on menu. He said "that's $9.00", I asked why nine he said "tax!", I told him he couldn't make up his own tax, and he began to argue it. I reinformed him NYC is 8.75% and he never even rang it up. Sohe went to throw the difference at me and I said I wasn't arguing the 40 cents but the idea he just made up a tax and didn't enter it in register so I refused it and walked out.......took the chicken tho cause I was hungry....haha.
