Frame Coffee — Restaurant in New York

I headed here on a beautiful Sunday to unwind and have a nice relaxing day with some friends before visiting the near by Flea Market ( the Grand bazaar, I’d definitely give it a visit) , and I remember that Frame was nearby with it’s astonishing frame themed cafe and beautifully designed coffee.

I was quite stunned when i saw how dedicated they were to the imagery of frames throughout the whole of the cafe. Even though it was already quite late into the day, their waffles and drinks election were quite a good range and clearly had a lot to offer; from their beautifully crafted waffle sandwiches, to a beautiful crafted Belgian cinnamon waffle. to their range of drinks. Quite a nice classy selection of pastries and fine drinks that just make your day feel very fulfilled. After I finally was able to settle on making a decision being the Cardamom bun and a strong flat white.

Originally we just planned to get our coffee and leave, but we had second thoughts because of the delightful ambiance. I’m so happy we decided to stay because I will have to tell you that their waffle sandwich and flat white were absolutely delightful. I haven’t had a flat white crafted so flawlessly in so long this cafe definitely meet my expectations and beyond it. The coffee beans were roasted to perfection and you could tell it with the amazing fusion of mixture between the milk and espresso. Absolutely rich and lightly strong to taste perfectly it’s job as a flat white. As for their bun it had a perfect consistency and balance of both sweet yet a slight bit savory kick with the cardamom which maxed it not heavy on the stomach.

The atmosphere and ambiance of the interior design of rose was absolutely terrific ! Very relaxing and laid-back yet inviting, complimenting the cafe’s design with a minimalistic camera style, yet very elegant and detailed in design that really reflected and blended perfectly into the café.

Lastly I’d like to highlight the friendliness of the staff that accommodated us so nicely although. I had originally ordered a shay latte, but I’m very picky when it comes to shay in general so I asked the barista quite a few questions about the mixture and all. She happily informed me about everything and even told that if I didn’t like it I could swap it, and that turned out to be the case funny enough.

I do need to note that the portions/size for the sandwich and waffles in not what is displayed, it was quite much smaller when I was served so do put that into perspective before ordering.

But overall J really cannot stress enough on how amazing my experience at Frane was: this must be a go to spot if you are near by and need some coffee to give you a refreshing start to your day All in all, I will have to say this is definitely one of my favorite cafes in upper west side that serves finely made flat whites, I’ve been to so many and rarely does anything hit the spot and felt like home yet a fine class roastery at the same time. Whole heartedly I really loved my experience at Frane, very palatable to the majority and packed with great flavor! All in all, a top rated experience, I invite you to pursue a visit and enjoy your coffee session here; I can assure you I’m definitely coming back...

My friend and I were wandering along Amsterdam looking for a coffee shop, when I spotted Frame and remembered adding it to my shortlist of cafes to try.

It's in a cool building and pretty discreet - it's after a long set of stairs. Inside, we were so surprised by how cute and cool it was! A super clean, eclectic little shop with plenty of seating, it felt very warm and inviting.

Our drinks:

Butterscotch latte, iced ($6.25) - YUM! This was perfect. I did ask for it to be a little less sweet and that was absolutely the right move as it was super sweet. I loved this - 5/5

Great food and drinks! The waffle and waffle with egg and cheese was delicious. My friend tried the cheese waffle and said it was also so good! It's a nice space inside as well. I took off 1 star off just because it wasn't as stroller friendly (there are a few steps to get up) but getting real estate in NYC that hits every mark is hard. Just know mom’s if you come here don't bring your SUV stroller but your lightweight one! It's also a bit tight entering with the seating and opening the door. The workers did offer to help me down with the stroller when I left which was unexpected and kind 😄 I didn't get a chance to check the bathrooms for baby changing stations but I will be back so can check...
