Extremely disappointed with both the quality and service. I had professional images of my son that I wanted printed on aluminum tiles. I went to the store to discuss how this works and they were completely unhelpful and rude. I wasn’t asking unreasonable questions — can I see a sample of the different sizes you offer, what’s the best way to display this type of photo etc. I tried to place my order in store and they told me to do it through the website. After I ordered they called to say the size I ordered wasn’t in stock but they had a smaller size so I said fine. Two days later they called again to say the smaller size was out of stock now too and it wouldn’t be ready for Fathers Day. Eventually received the print a week later and the colors were completely off. The point of printing on metal is that it makes the photos look vibrant and sharp. Yet it came out faded and yellowed. My son’s eyes which are a bright blue cane our grey. So I brought it back to the store to discuss with them. First the woman insisted that it looked that color in the photo I uploaded to them so I asked her to bring up the photo. Then it was clear that they weren’t the same at all so she changed it to “well that’s just what happens to the color in the process”. She was beyond rude and unprofessional. When I eventually just asked for a refund she literally ripped the pictures from my hand and threw it down with a very rude “fine.” I will not go back to this place and strongly recommend...
Read moreI had two hours to get 3 pictures printed- I used to be able to simply email the pictures there and they would print them out, I'd literally take one second to pay with my credit card and boom. Done. it would take about an hour at the most. I guess that's too simple and straightforward. Now, I was told to "GO TO OUR WEBSITE" Wait, what?? How is that possibly an improvement on the previous method? I was also told- rather condescendingly, btw- that they couldn't guarantee it in two hours anyway. There was one other person in the store, and two people behind the counter. So no, I don't have time to register, open an account, choose the options for the images, and go through the payment process, keep track of yet another ID and password and what's more, I'd rather stick needles in my eyes than do all that in a rush. So sure, just transfer a ton of work - to the customer. Let the customer do all of the work while you all hang around behind the counter. I went to Staples and had my images in 25 minutes, I'd bet it was cheaper too. This place can take their website and,...
Read moreDid Pro Image Photo change ownership? I've been printing photos, making copies, buying picture frames, snapping passport photos at this place for years. The people who work there are always nice and helpful. Today, I went to make a copy of a passport. They refused to make a color copy and wanted to charge me $10 to make a black and white copy. They said it is illegal to make a color copy of a passport; that this is stated inside of the passport. I couldn't find it written anywhere inside the passport. In fact, it is written in the passport (#4 in the Important Information Section) that you should make 2 copies of your passport. I'm pretty sure I've made color copies of passports at Pro Image in the past. Anyhoo..super bummed about this place. I want to support local business as much as possible -- especially these days. But this guy left a bad taste in my mouth. He was incorrect in his information, and dismissive. So...
