Two terrible experiences. First time the therapist smelled liked cigarettes, then massaged me with the towel the entire time and so softly all I could feel was the rough towel plus paper. Second time to appease the first terrible experience I went in on my birthday only to be harassed at checkout. I’d been promised half off massage but of course lack of English speaking skills, the therapist didn’t know screamed at me in a threatening way while I’m alone with this man screaming at me looking threatening not understanding the situation. No one came to help me or ask me what’s going on. He demanded full amount of service couldn’t understand English and also demanded a 30% tip. I was so freaked out and scared. I paid for the service in full without tip because I’d been promised half off. I called the number from Google to speak to person with actual English speaking skilled that had promised me the free massage and he says why didn’t you call me at the end of the service? Excuse me? Why doesn’t the therapist know this before I get there and I’ve spoken to you about it on the phone mine before the service! Don’t blame me for your lack of forethought. I can’t communicate with your staff. Demanding 30% tip on top of it! be aware they charge $40 for 1/3 hour and $60 for 1 hour plus demand 30% tip. Total SCAM. Avoid this place and their location on 80th. No one speaks English and if you do go, don’t pay cash since there isn’t any recourse if there’s an issue. There are so other spots in the...

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience here. When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist confusingly led me back outside into the rain and around the corner to an unmarked storefront which I soon realized was their other location. I laid on the table for over 10 minutes before the masseuse finally came to start. If you want to enjoy a peaceful and quiet experience, this is not the place. I tried to leave halfway through because the full-volume conversations from the owners/staff made it impossible to relax. The masseuse left and asked them to keep it down, but only after shoving her bright phone light in my face to speak into her translator app about what my issue was. The masseuse was really strong and I appreciated that. I really needed work on my neck and shoulders and he did a good job on those!

The booking system looked slick and I received an email and text confirmation, but when I got there they had no idea I had made a reservation. Maybe best to just walk in.

The “rooms” are just curtained off and other employees kept speaking to and with my masseuse throughout the treatment so it wasn’t exactly relaxing. They turned spa music on half way through my treatment and that was nice.
