Frijole Mexican Grill — Restaurant in New York

I wish I could give zero stars, this place is horrible don't order for delivery, maybe if you eat there the service is better, but delivery is a nightmare. They are so disrespectful!!! I ordered through an app and they "attemted" to deliver my food and "no body answered the door" I work at the place of delivery and my job is in the front desk looking at the street so I dont know where they went? definally not to my job. Then they had the worng number so also no body answered the phone....anyways I called to find out what happened to my food the guy that answered is no help whatsover and ended up calling me stupid!! the audacity the disrespect!!! I was speechless of course he hanged up the phone! I went and spoke to them and he was just a coward that didnt want to face me no appoly nothing! I really encorage you not to order from here if you dont want...

Not a good experience overall. The saving graces were delicious rice and beans and the fact that they delivered quite quickly. Special Instructions were given on most items but absolutely none were followed. Steak burrito: Asked for mild corn salsa, no lettuce. It came with regular pico de gallo and with lettuce Chicken burrito: Ordered with pinto beans, came with black beans Enchiladas: Pork was tasty, ground beef looked and tasted like a smashed up hamburger. Ordered without dairy (cheese and sour cream) both came with both toppings. The chips and queso: tasted good but the cheese was definitely from a can/the same you get from the movie theater.
