Bagelmania — Restaurant in New York

Really nice people. Seems like a great spot for locals to get sandwiches. The problem is the name. Bagelmania? Sure, they have bagels, but they're completely mediocre. Like getting a generic bagel at a bodega. They're even displayed like that. Just a bread option. A couple cream cheeses. Small plastic container of precut salmon under plastic wrap. This is not a true bagel place. Found it doing a quick search while on our way somewhere. High scores and the name drew us in. My girlfriend and I were craving a serious bagel. Bagelmania? Let's do it! Expected crazy cream cheese options, slabs of smoked fish, and bins of warm fresh bagels. Not even close. Like I said, if you live or work nearby, you probably know this and love the place for their ham sandwiches or their coffee or whatever. Just find the name ridiculous. This place was ok the food was ok but very pricey I bought a hamburger and a snack it costed me $13 dollars if your looking to spend a lot for lunch then this is the place to go too if your looking to spend less then that depends on what you get here ask first. Before you order and you'll be fine and not caught by surprise by the pricing of the items here then again everything since COVID has gone up way up everywhere from food to gas to items you buy and restaurants too have gone way way up watch out...

Just bought a couple blueberry bagels. Thought these were fresh as the store claimed they were . Was already eating when I tasted something sure enough these bagels got tiny molds all over. I didn’t even inspect 🤦‍♀️ you guys need to check all your items before selling! I’m so disgusted 🤮
