Truly in utter shock, I have previously ordered from here many times before but today was a total let down. I had ordered a Cemita, which the main ingredients consist of papalos and chipotle, what i received was something that resembled a torta, it had lettuce and tomato in place of them. I called to complain as to how could we have possibly received a cemita without the main ingredients that make a cemita a CEMITA? So the lady that had taken the order apologized and said she’d send over the correct order. We waited another 25min or so and the delivery guy handed me a bag, it was unusually light and i happened to look inside the bag and noticed two small plastic containers, i immediately ran after the guy telling him all i received was a sauce. And as i took the small items outside the bag i noticed it was literally chipotle and small leaves of papalos. I stood there baffled and thought this was some kind of joke! Are they serious?! I literally had thrown out the cemita in the trash thinking i was going to received my correct order, not literally just the ingredients that were missing from the cemita. I was super disappointed and was left with no dinner. I will NEVER order from them again! I refuse to think that they thought that was the solution, 30min + for the delivery plus another approximate 25min + just for ingredients, unbelievable! They lost a loyal customer of...

We order from here all the time, and every time the food tastes like home cooking. The mole de oya soup is a particular standout - it's rich, flavorful, and oh-so-satisfying. But really, everything on the menu is amazing.
And the chicken soup? Let me tell you, it's truly next level. I've had a lot of chicken soups in my day, but this one takes the cake. It's packed with flavor and has just the right amount of heat.
The staff at El Vaquerito are always super nice, and the prices are very reasonable. All in all, this is one of those rare restaurants that truly has it all. Do yourself a favor and give it a try - you won't be...
Read moreNice little place, just a little bit overpriced for a local and not very well maintained restaurant, but overall it was okay. I just didn't like the fact that I had to ask for basic things like water or when I asked to have a more nachos she said I had to pay. I cannot say anything with regards to authenticity but the beef they used in their Fajitas wasn't the best in the market. It had a lot of fat and other not-so-pleasant things with it. I had far better Fajitas in fancier restaurants that cost me less and were more filling. I liked the sauce they had with their...
