Woodside Deli & Bagel — Restaurant in New York

I wish i could not give a star at all . It was outrageous i called I ordered and grilled chicken salad and a peaches and banana smoothie. I also a side of tacos and asked for sour cream . When i received the order they gave me a coffee . Also I did tip the delivery guy. Once i looked in the bag i had received a coffee instead of my smoothie. Also there was no sour cream. So i called back and ask the guy to fix my order and to bring me a smoothie and sour cream. They stated they would bring it to me . Then i called back back after waiting an hour and a half . Then they said to me the could not bring it to me because they did not charge me for the smoothie and charged me for a coffee I did not want. At this point i asked them again to bring me the smoothie and sour cream and i would pay cash. However the moral of this is the guy was very rude and was arguing with me instead of just trying to fix the mistake he made and then charged me for his mistake. They just lost all of long island island city Volkswagen...

The counter worker has a nice personality but thats where it ends, the cook has a horrible personality and moves when he wants too, he picks and chooses whom he wants to move for, had 4 people literally order and get there food before me, for a grill cheese!??? Just bad service from the people working the kitchen, no hair net either time for health department to pass by. Please make sure you check the expiration dates on your drinks and food as they at times stay on the shelf up two months past their date. I had to alert them 3 times for orange juice/kids drinks (yoohoo) and...

Worst customer service ever always messing up orders owner arguing with the customers instead of fixing the problems and getting the order right. Blaming customer for cooks mistakes. Never visiting ever again. I hope they go out of buisness soon! I Reccomend going to Orange Hut on northern blvd better quality food, family friendly enviornment, best customer service thats why they have been in buisness...
