Be aware this place started automatically adding 20% tip to your bill with no warning or indication that they will do it. The first time it happened I didn't even realize they took $11+ bucks from us until we already paid. The waiter never said they were going to do it and the service was bad anyway so I can't image why they thought they could. Our waiter never came back after bringing the food and actually told us to shout for him if we needed something while he disappeared.. We were so mad that we avoided coming back for about a month, but alas, their buffalo wings are really good so today we went back knowing we better look at our check for shadiness, and sure enough, it was there even though the supervisor(?) also never mentioned the gratuity thievery. So this time I went up to the front and asked why he's adding unannounced gratuity to my bill? I bussed my own table when we finished so all he did was run my food out, but I guess this place thinks that's worth $10 bucks. He explained to me that he doesn't tell people about the forced gratuity because a lot of people don't tip.. Are you kidding me? That gives you the right to attempt to trick people into giving you 20%? He justified it by saying "well if I saw you were going into your wallet to tip me I wouldn't have let you." I said, but you never told us you were tipping yourself on our bill. He said "but I would have if you tried to tip me again." I explained to him that to add things on to people's bill and never tell them is actually called Stealing. He made up some other excuses about how he takes it off if people notice and ask him to. Placed an order through Seamless - order never arrived, Casa Theodoro wouldn't resend the order, delivery guy's word against mine. Seamless refunded the money thankfully.
Here is what happened:
Hour goes by and I call Casa Theodoro to see where my food is.
They say it is out for delivery. OK.
Delivery guy calls from unknown number and says, "Delivery, I left it in front of your door," and hangs up - OK, I open my door and there is an Amazon package sitting there. Nice of the amazon guy to call, wow, must be new. Usually they just leave it in the lobby. Was weird that the door bell never rang, maybe one of the neighbors let him in.
Another hour goes by, I call again. This time they say, "Delivery guy said he left it in front of your door, he called you and spoke with you." So I explain the amazon package, and ask if they left it downstairs (I'm on the 5th floor) or even outside? No. Delivered to the 5th Floor. I ask if they have the correct address, they say yes.
I ask them to please resend the order since it has been over 2 hours and I never received the food. "Giving you the opportunity to do the right thing," I say. The girl politely accused me of lying in a passive aggressive way before hanging up on me.
The Seamless rep was more than happy to cancel the order and refund the money.

Racism and hate is not welcome here. This is a place for all ages, different cultures, different races and not just for you. Get a life and stop Walking around creating a Show. The thing is you still come here for food to go while acting like it’s your place. I will say it to everyone who is so bothered by us, stop worrying about me and my family, PERIOD. We are not your concern or your responsibility. Don’t worry about what I do for a living or why we are there. What y’all should do is come and eat your meal that was prepared by a wonderful chef and if you don’t like something about the food say something, but don’t come for me or my family.
