Cafe Rose Brooklyn — Restaurant in New York

I really like the food from here the pizza tastes amazing it reminds my childhood pizza. However I work so I can’t really come in person every time I order the delivery driver rude and he told me not to order from now on because he got a car ticket. I have to admit i don’t remember putting my phone number on the website I think it automatically does it with my payment and they couldn’t call me because my phone number isn’t the same. They could’ve been nicer about it and told me to not repeat the mistake. I am the customer at the end of the day if they treat me horribly and tell me not to order from the place anymore I won’t be contributing anymore. How do they expect to have business if they act very rude? I understand the drivers frustration but they could’ve sent me an email as well. There were better ways of handling the situation. Don’t know if it’s worth it for anyone to order from this place if you have to tolerate the attitude of the delivery driver. The food is food though that’s the only reason why I left them three stars...

Before calling to place an order for pick up i looked up the menu online and was satisfied with the pricing i saw. I came to the store to pick up my order and saw the bill came out 15$ more expensive than what it should be (tax and tip not included). I ordered the same thing many times and my bill never got that high.I asked to see a physical menu and the item was not there, the lady at the front told me its a combination of two items and i need to pay for each separately. I never had this problem before.Online they clearly have this option on the menu, as well as on my recipt it was as shown online, and not as a "build your own".. extremely dissatisfied with the serivce an dishonesty of this resteraunt. I had a wonderful experience! The decor is beautiful and elegant, with a clean, white theme that creates a calming and private atmosphere. The staff was attentive and came to my table to take my order, which was impressive. (It wasn’t very crowded that day, so not sure if they always do that.)

The food was fantastic! I tried the Israeli date protein drink, which was delicious, and the sushi was excellent as well. What really stood out was how accommodating they were—they even let me stay past closing, which made me feel incredibly welcome.
