Ginbo’s Hamburger House — Restaurant in New York

Friendly staff. So far the food I ordered has been cooked nicely. I have ordered cheeseburger and fries, filet sandwich, chicken nuggets platter, huge tasty pancakes and bacon and strawberry milkshake. I think the strawberry milkshake is too sweet for kids because it was very sweet to me. But everything tastes good so far. I will eventually order something they specialize in. They appear to be from one of the south american countries so I'm curious about the taco's, nachos quesadillas. Edit: Ordered Chicken nachos. The nachos tasted homemade and delicious. It had everything on it. Well worth the money. I tried the Philly cheese steak and it was ok. It didn't have enough meat and cheese on it for the price they wanted.

This was quickly turning into my favorite restaurant. Took debit, food was tasty and fast delivery. Until they charged my card for $300 instead of $30 for one order. And instead of being accommodating I was met with attitude and confusion. The manager told me to show up on a specific day and time and was not present. The workers did not want to help and at the end of the day when I finally got my refund after refusing to leave and forcing them to call the manager, I was still shorted $20 but had no more energy to fight. I order a burger deluxe. The post was 5month old it said $9.75. I get there $10.75. I was craving a burger but I regret it. Huge tomato made the bread saggy. The burger is just a burger nothing special anyone can make it; the ketchup and mayo saving the burger honestly. That not a compliment. It sad that a burger & fries cost so much and they don’t even do anything to make it unique. And the frozen fries wasn’t cook correctly. Nice people but the food is the lowest tier.
