I REPEAT DO NOT BUY YOUR FURNITURE PLEASE DO NOT. Say you yourself the time and peace and sanity WORSEEEEEEE BUSINESS EVER !!! Good pricing but bad when I SAYYY bad terrible quality. Communications sucks also at that !!!! They will take your money and tell you to come with in a certain amount of business days or they will deliver to you at a certain time and never show !!! Also they will try to play victim !!! please DO NOT waste your time. My first purchase with them was a headache !!! And I still was willing to do another purchase headache as well !!! VERYYY UNPROFESSIONAL they will smoke cigarettes in your face as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARDWORKING MONEY ON THIS TERRIBLE BUSNIESS DONT DO IT. Aren't many options either to buy.....Any store like this which are more in 3rd Ave and Southern Blvd and etc. please don't go !!! go to like an Ikea, Raymour and Flannigan, Homewood's and etc. AND YOU WONT GET A CRACK HEAD DELEVERING YOU PRODUCTS. Due to covid and prices going up this furniture store is the BEST priced Furniture Store I been to. Throughout the whole pandemic they stayed strong and was honest about the problems that would encounter on the way. Not everyone understands the Hardship that these small businesses had/have during covid. To my knowledge they held it down when It came to when it was coming, they worked with the price to get me good quality furniture and the delivery was great. You wont find no other furniture store that is in the bronx that is reasonable with prices!!...

I was referred to this furniture store. Went there brought a sectional on May 1st 2023 paid everything up front. Delivery was promise 3 weeks didnt get my furniture until the 1st week of July. Was promise a free lamp or coffee table for the delay so I picked the coffee table. I got so many excuses I called several times BC I wanted them to keep their promise to me for the free item. Its November still no item or calls. Done loss a client and will not ever referred them to anyone. This was all from the lady co owner. Bad customer service and...
