This shop’s instagram will make you believe you are walking into a shop of professionals. Its all a facade. The person who you speak to when you call or text that number isnt even at the shop. I booked my appointment online and paid a $40 deposit i was told i could get my hairstyle for $160. When i got to the shop they had no idea i had an appointment. I waited 2hrs for them to start just for this lady to start playing in my hair doing regular cornrows when i asked her for stitch braids. After she did one cornrow i stopped her and said that was not a stitch braid and she said if i want stitch braid it is more than the price i was told. Not to mention the communication with the owner was horrible. Constant talkIng/yelling on the phone which was just too much for me, after a long day of work i want to be pampered not listen to yelling in my ear. Instead of making me waste my time and wait 2hrs she could have simply told me as soon as i walked in the shop that it would cost more and had they been professional then i wouldve had no issue paying what ever amount.
