Buyers beware. These guys are two bit con artists. They charm you while they scam you . I recently purchased a few items from them. I will never ever go back, no matter how close they are to my home. I really wanted to support the community business but they showed me why it's just better to deal with Amazon, bestbuy, or Sam Ashe. I really got shafted. The amount I could've spent elsewhere I would've saved half literally. Then to make matters worse you can't return anything, and they don't even bother to answer the phone. I left several messages and they didn't even return my very detailed phone message as to what my problem was. Do not waste your time or money at Hot Beat electronics. And if you do don't say I didn't warn you. Beware of the sweet talker you'll know exactly who he is. Very friendly, charming and knowledgeable. But also very shrewd, all about the money. You don't even know that he is screwing you...

Not a good experience. They sold me a “new” amplifier that had obviously been returned previously. Box was all beat up and had several areas where you could see other shipping labels had been removed. They claimed that labels were from the manufacturer shipping to them which was total BS. When I opened the box the amp was damaged.

To add insult to injury they tried to blame the damage on me!!! At first they refused a refund, then they did offer a refund and deducted $200 for damage that I was not responsible for. Fortunately the purchase was made through an on-line auction and they provided me with a full refund, not the seller.

Avoid this place at all costs, just look at the other reviews. There are too many other reputable electronics vendors out there, no need to deal with...
