Sammy gourmet deli — Restaurant in New York

I came here because the last place ruined my order of food. You can even reference my last review. I told them this upon entering and they said they will get it right. Bruh I’m waiting 22 minutes for 3 bagels with all drunk people on the edge of drama, I take my bagels home all 3 bagels are not what I asked for and they weren’t toasted. Second time I went there they were apologetic. They thanked me by waiting 17 minutes for 3 bagels with butter instead of the cream cheese I asked for. Not toasted either. I check my account right now and they charged me extra for making them put the cream cheese on the bagels over their mistake 🫠🫠🫠🫠 another time we had to leave because my Uber came I tried to tell the guy, he ignored me so I left the food. I didn’t get to eat because I had to go to work. please if you are a normal working class person, do not go to this deli. I took a smoothy. They put some bright red jelly in it. It was supposed to be mashed strawberries and bananas. I was like sure. I think it was old. They have everything sitting out in the open. To collect dust. The granola, thr walnuts, the cranberries and pineapples were dried up. The store makes good business off the sandwiches alone. And the lottery spot and ebt. But they did me dirty with that smoothie. It was a week ago. I'm just now started today not sniffling watery snot, excessive blowing of my nose, tea, lossing my taste for a day, breathing through my nose for 3 days straight, sneezing crazy, coughing, swift stool, headaches and fatigue. I really used to love coming to Sammy’s because of their vegan options, however they’ve messed up my order a few times by giving me meat instead of vegan meat. The guys who makes the food is an EXTREMELY RUDE man. He refused to remake my food or give me my money back after I explained he gave me the wrong order and was told I can come pick up the correct order. Everytime I’ve been in there since he has been really mean, and has made me wait over 45 minutes to even start making my food, while I’m watching everyone leave with theirs. I know other people who have also stopped coming because of this man and safe to say, I will never give this place another dollar. Worst customer service ever given is by this man and it’s unfortunate I won’t go back here. I’ve expressed my concerns to the manager several times and nothing has been done....
