Can not tell you about how they deal with customers at their regular location. However at a event they were paid to do they were rude to some of the customers. Being one of the customers that received poor service I will tell you about it. To be fare it was late when I arrived, but others who came after me were served and what ever they wanted. I was told after being on line and placing my order it was one thing per person. My daughter stood on line with me for 45 minutes. She then went to play on the bounce houses. When people who placed their order after me started to get their orders I went to ask if mine was ready. He asked what I ordered. "Jerked checken quesadilla and a hot dog". He said only one per person. I told him my daughter was here when I ordered. He looked up the order said its not ready. For another 30 minutes he continued to serve everyone but me and the elderly couple. (the gentelman happened to be in a wheelchair) They were there before I arived. Seeing that they were white and I am extremely light, I can only deduce that there was a color issue. As for their food I can not tell you as I did not recive any. Thanks to a concerned darkskined woman my child did get a hot dog. My guess is it was not very good because she did not finish it. My suggestion is if you go here dont do it during an event or if you are not of a darker skin tone. The aditude left a bad tast...

Tried this place today finally after seeing it for months just never worked out to stop but today I did and I'm really glad that I got to. I got the Kings meal which comes with 2 jerk tacos 🌮 a quesdilla Nashville hot chicken on a brioche bun and a chopped cheese on a sesame bun that was nice and crispy on the outside but super soft on the inside everything was more then excellent the jerk chicken is incredible the Nashville hot chicken is out of this world and so is the chopped cheese didn't make it to the quesdilla but I'm sure its on the same level as the tacos has the same jerk chicken next time il get the Nashville hot tho to try 10/10 would recommend to stop for lunch dinner or whenever you are on richmond ave very friendly dudes made all food to perfection and was fast they are there until 2 am he said and they also offer doordash definitely will be going back haven't had food I have been impressed with in a while and this place def hit the spot for sure on his way to being a staple of...

We’ve ordered from The Graffitery several times in the past and used to enjoy the food, but our recent experience was very disappointing and concerning. We ordered the loaded fries and chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately, both items fell far below acceptable standards. The loaded fries were clearly made from old, refried fries that were extremely hard and barely edible. The chicken on top tasted like it had been reheated multiple times, with a tough, dry texture. Even the fries that came with the chicken sandwiches were the same—stale, refried, and just not fresh. It felt like we were served leftovers rather than a properly prepared meal. This isn’t the first time we've noticed the drop in quality. If you’re unable to serve fresh food, please reconsider serving it at all. It’s not just about taste—serving old, refried food can actually make people sick. We really hope the team takes this feedback seriously and makes some much-needed changes.
